3.1 CSV imports

If the report-data are available in CSV format, it's possible to import the CSV-file in the "Form declaration for intra-Community trade statistics" or in the "Form declaration by third parties for intra-Community trade statistics". The structure for the standard filter stored on the respective pages and the description of how to create your own import filter you will find in the Description of the CSV data import  (only in the German language).

The option "Import into form" is suitable to import CSV files up to a size of 100 KB. The report-data are checked server-sides transferred into the form. Since only reports corresponding to the specifications are accepted, any displayed errors must be corrected. The edit of individual errors can be done in the form. If the number of errors found is too large, the report-data will not be transferred into the form. In this case it's necessary to correct the CSV file based on the error messages displayed in the overview. The report-data can only be sent directly if no errors are displayed after the successful import.

The option "Import and send" is available to import CSV files up to a size of 1 MB. Here the report-data will not transferred into the form, there will transferred directly. As by the import into the form, the report-data will checked. If errors are found, they must be corrected in the CSV file.

The report system eSTATISTIK.core allows the import from CSV files up to a size of 104 MB. More information on this are available in chapter 3.1 "CSV-Import" only of the German help page

https://www-idev.destatis.de/idev/doc/intra/hilfe3_1.html

To send a CSV file by "File declaration for intra-Community trade statistics" is not permitted.
