5.3 Correcting of a Form declaration via the Report history

Using the report history provided for an IDEV form declarations for intra-Community trade statistics or form declarations by third parties for intra-Community trade statistics in the last 24 months, you can correct or cancel individual items in the form provided for that purpose, or view the transmission report for the data transmitted. Furthermore, you can cancel declarations completely in the report history without a request. In addition, declarations replaced or cancelled via IDEV can be requested and the associated transmission report be shown. In cases where data were transmitted in one form for several reference months, only one month is shown as the month of declaration. As regards corrections, only the reference year is shown.

 

The Report history (Form declaration for intra-Community trade statistics) encompasses the following information:

Please select Form declaration for intra-Community trade statistics or Form declaration by third parties for intra-Community trade statistics from the selection list box Statistics / Office of the Report history dialog. Using the "Request" button, you can view the declarations that have been transmitted. After some minutes, the declaration will be displayed in the form of the original transmission report or as a form for the purpose of correcting data.

Clicking on the "Show" button, the declaration requested will be shown in the form of a transmission report.

Clicking on the button "Correct", the declaration requested will be shown in a mask either for Form declarations for intra-Community trade statistics or for Form declarations by third parties for intra-Community trade statistics. The relevant items can be selected and corrected or cancelled.  Press the "Send" button to transmit the corrected data. After transmission, you will receive a transmission report. Another selection via the report history will not be possible. While the replacement declaration is being processed, the original declaration is marked as "Being replaced" in the right table column. After the end of processing the declaration, the date and time of replacement will be indicated in the Comments box of the declaration replaced. The replacement declaration will be shown in a new

line of the report history. The date and time indicated for this declaration under Date of report coincide with the date and time shown in the Comments box for the declaration replaced.

Via the button "Cancel" you can completely delete a declaration. The date and time of cancellation will be indicated in the Comments box. Another selection via the report history will not be possible. However, the original transmission report will be available via the button "Request" in the Declaration column.

Declarations that were not processed cannot be selected again in the report history. However, the original transmission report can be requested via the button "Request" in the Declaration column.
