Reported data are documented in the report history. Via the report history, data that were declared online by way of either the Form declaration or the Form declaration by third parties for intra-Community trade statistics, or the File declaration for intra-Community trade statistics, can be corrected and transmitted or be cancelled. The IDEV report history includes all intra-Community trade data (of the relevant type of declaration) transmitted by the declarant during the current and the previous calendar year.
As regards the Correction form for intra-Community trade statistics, only the original transmission report can be viewed.
See Chapter 5.
-
Request material code
-
Declarants who intend to submit their declarations in the form of files need to have a material code for transmitting their data online. The Federal Statistical Office will provide the declarant with the required five-digit alphanumerical code upon successful completion of a data test.
Declarants who intend to submit INSTAT/XML files and therefore need a material code are asked to read the current Data record description for INSTAT-XML files (only in the German language) to obtain more information.
Businesses which use eSTATISTIK.core Intra Community Trade Data for compiling their declarations and require a material code are asked to see Chapter 6.3 and eSTATISTIK.core (only in the German language).
The material code is assigned to a specified format of declaration files. For this reason, a new material code will have to be requested if a changeover is made to another file format.
