The German Statistical Offices of the Federation and the Länder collect statistical data via the Internet. For this purpose they provide statistics report forms to enable institutions and companies required to report statistical data to complete and submit statistics reports via the Internet.

To make an online report, the user has to start an Internet browser and to open the IDEV Web Application, which makes it possible to fill and submit online forms.

On the Internet pages of the statistical offices that conduct online surveys based on IDEV there should be a link pointing to this web application.
