The system always requires a user ID (user identification) and password to log in. Users receive this information by postal mail as soon as they were registered. Registration can be made online by using the Login dialog (see Registering as User).

If the user identification or password is mistyped, a corresponding error message alerts you and you have to re-enter this information.

Hint:

The login dialog will be deactivated after two minutes due to security reasons. If, while working with the web application, there will be no activities for a specified time, it may happen that the system automatically logs out the user for security reasons and then opens the login dialog to prompt the user to log in again.
