Before a user may submit statistics reports, the user has to log in to the system using his or her user ID and password. To get this information, the user has to open the IDEV Web Application and register online with the system. After the registration, the user will receive the user ID and password by postal mail.

The registration can be opened from the login page by clicking the reference register online:

In the next step the available statistics will be shown to the user if a registration for multiple statistics is possible.

After the selection, the user will see a registration form which is configured for the selected statistic.

The registration form has to be filled out completely and correctly. The registration will now be made on the basis of this data. The user will then receive the user ID and password necessary for logging into the system by postal mail.
