8.1 Processing form
At the beginning of the form processing, an input form is displayed. After all the necessary form fields have been filled out, the form can be sent. The data are checked on the server for completeness and plausibility. If errors are detected in the data, these are displayed to the user.

If there are any questions while completing the form, the user can call the available information to the input field or the entire section via info links.
The following functions are supported in the input form by the system:
-
-
If the form has been completed, it can be sent to the statistics server.

For some statistics, report files have to be created and submitted. These report files can be created with external applications and then be sent with an online report form. To ensure that the report files can be created in a format that is compatible with the IDEV system, it is possible to save the interface format associated with a given report form (see Interface formats).
-
-
With this function, the previously entered report data into the saved format file can be imported into the report form (see Interface formats).
-
-
For some statistics, data cannot only be entered manually into a report form but also be imported from an ASCII or CSV format file (see Data import).
-
-
With this function, the current form data can be exported in CSV format.
-
-
This function loads a locally stored receipt to appear in the receipt form (see Receipt).
-
-
With this function, the form processing can be terminated and the form will be exited without sending the data to the server.
If, after sending, any errors could be detected, the data is once again displayed in the form but without the possibility to change it.

Now the user has the possibility to check the entries, and then to confirm or re-enter the entry form for the correction of the data.
The following functions are supported in the confirmation form:
